This is not a ghost car. Chain link fences are very pliable and flexible. I have witnessed motorcycle riders (two of them) slide out of control completley under my parents chain link fence. The fence in this video looks fairly old and looked as if there had been damage to it at one time hence some of the posts were bent. If you find a old chian link fence like this and if the posts are set wide enough and some of the wire hold the fence to the posts are missing, you can pull the center of the chain link fencing up quite a bit off the ground. I think the car actually drove under the fence. Yeh sounds crazy but I'm thinking it can be done. With the posts set as wide as they are, the age of the fence with past damage weakening the chain link fencing also if any of the wires holding the fencing to the posts are missing ot they got ripped off when the car hit the fence along with the pure speed of the car, I think it's very possible this car went under the fencing.
